I am not going to write a novel about our experience, because we could. Distilled down to the essence, we are very particular who we choose to represent us. Stephanie Bentley-Wright at Blackwell Realty was who we chose as our selling agent. We built our dream home in Tennessee but life had other plans and we had to relocate to a different state. After dealing with two different agents at other agencies, thankfully we were referred to Stephanie. Stephanie was responsive, and had a phone conference with us that same evening and met with us in person the next day. Our house was listed within 4 days (including professional photos and drone footage). She worked tirelessly to help us find buyers who would love our home as much as we did. She did a great market and comp analysis and made sure we were informed every step of the way. We listed our house in late October and by February had received multiple offers, accepted one and were under contract. We have a disabled child, and as such, had to carefully coordinate our sell closing and our purchase closing in another state to happen on the same day. Many agents said it couldn’t be done. Well, Stephanie rolled up her sleeves and said ‘Let me take the wheel’. She carefully coordinated with our buying agent in another state and helped us make sure both closing agencies and mortgage lenders were in lock-step as well. Our closings were completed without any issues and on time.

Stephanie communicates very clearly and goes above and beyond. This is one thing Stephanie consistently does for every client. That’s another thing: You’re not just a “Client”. She treats you like family and goes above and beyond. Stephanie is available when you need her, and always returns calls and emails. Heck, she even gave us her personal number and there were a number of times we needed to call after hours due to our crazy schedules and there was never an issue.

Again, Stephanie communicated with us, our mortgage originator, mortgage company, closing companies and orchestrated a concert of events. Even post-closing Stephanie checks in to see how things are going and if there’s anything we need. We cannot recommend her enough. If we ever buy or sell again in Tennessee, Stephanie Bentley-Wright and the Team at Blackwell Realty will be our first call.

Glenda. Was amazing. She always goes out of her way to help. Previous owner left stuff on property. Not only did she clean it up but it was late around 9.00 in the evening with her own truck. Honest trustworthy. And now a good friend.

We had some obstacles to overcome (due to circumstances outside of our control) but he and his client were flexible and worked together with me to close the deal for my clients. David Ginter has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one David made us feel like family. Moving from out of state is extremely stressful but David went above and beyond to make sure our home buying experience was stress free. We are from Michigan where most the state is flat so moving to Tennessee was a huge change for us and hard to buy site unseen so when we had time we drove down and amber showed us tons of houses in a short weekend!
