We’ve known and dealt with Tonya [Denny] for a number of years, and, in December, we asked her to list and sell our secondary home, located in Lebanon. We received our first offer the first day of the listing; however, on Tonya’s advice we rejected that offer, as it was unsatisfactory. In three days, we received two additional offers, one of which was an amount higher than our listing price. All negotiations were handled by Tonya to our “great” satisfaction. As during the listing process, her advice proved to be very valuable and helpful. Our closing went well, and we soon will be going back to Tonya to list/sell our main residence.
