About Josh:

Fearless. Josh began his real estate career just over 12 years ago. From his humble beginnings delivering the morning paper for the Tennessean at 4 a.m. and then milking cows at local farms in Smith County such as the Taylor, Andrews, Hicks, and Allen’s dairy farms. In 2005, Josh decided to make a change and that was to begin a career in real estate by buying his first property for $20,000. Since then, he has grown from a one-man operation to developing the Kirby team at Blackwell Realty & Auction. He has expanded his team to be a successful Smith County real estate & auction team. Josh works tirelessly on his client’s behalf to offer professional knowledge in the real estate market as well as with auctions, investing, and developing. This kind of dedication has given Josh countless positive referrals to continue growing his career over the years. Josh continues to be very busy serving his clients and community every day but always makes time to give back when he can to local charities. Josh is a Smith County native, resides in Gladeville with his Fiance Brianna and has four children; Hannah, Butch, Walter, and Dean.

Josh is an Impressive man and fierce leader for the Kirby Team. He has proven that he will do what it takes to get jobs done. Josh is a team player and valuable leader of this team closing over $100 Million in real estate sales.

If you are looking for intelligent and knowledgeable realtor this is your guy.

Thank you for your support and referrals through the years!
