My name is Glenda Bowes (Bradley maiden),

  I signed with Blackwell Realty and Auction in July of 2022. My priority will always be my clients best interest, rather it's buying or selling. I am there to negotiate on behalf of my clients, my clients are in control and in the know of every step.

 People buy and sell for a number of reasons that I have represented. First time home buyers getting out of wasting money on rent, or buying a home to start a family, downsizing, getting ready to retire, land for a farm for a family's way of living, move closer to the city, move away from the city. There are many different reasons and I take the time to understand the needs which help me serve my clients. 

 I was born and raised in Lebanon, TN. I raised three children here and served the community driving a school bus since 2006. The youngest had grown and joined the Marines and I decided it was time to do more. I worked three part time jobs and put myself through real estate classes and passed my exams on the first attempt. I know the meaning of "Hard earned dollar" and when it comes to buying a home, it is your biggest asset and needs to be handled with care.
