If you want a realtor who gives 110%, this is the person [Vitessa Forstner] for you! She is very creative and easy to work with. While our home did not sell, it was not due to efforts made by this realtor. She brought out new drone technology and literally worked harder than we did. The market in our area was repressed at the time and we could not be there to help due to family illness. She covered all the bases even though we were not able to help. Would highly recommend her. She spent a ton on advertising and open houses. She never gave up on our home- again we believe it was the market at the time- right during the housing bubble.
