Fellow Realtor here. I just got done closing a deal with David, who was the listing agent. Overall great experience. His communication was top notch. We had some obstacles to overcome (due to circumstances outside of our control) but he and his client were flexible and worked together with me to close the deal for my clients. I would not hesitate to work with or recommend him to other agents in the future.
