$1,597Brick and vinyl maintenance free exterior. Ask anyone who owns a home built by L&T Freeman Construction, LLC what they think about the construction and the builders. This is a local Watertown licensed general contractor whose homes typically are not listed prior to completion but we've been getting inquiries so, it's listed before being completed. 4 weeks or so & you could be moving into this home with the ability to walk to school, the town square & Dollar General. Granted, Dollar General only has one store & it's not on the corner but within walking distance. They build what many would consider a custom home with a spec house price. Yes, prices have gone up some due to tariffs & inflation but not as much as we'd expected. Just ask to see how many homes this builder has built in Watertown or the immediate area to see that smaller local builders do better work. Hurricane clips - not required but installed. Framed not prefab. Wood cabinets with easy close drawers and cabinet doors and granite counter tops too. Separate laundry room with a door to prevent noise and an oversized garage for a house this size. Not saying you'll be able to keep a long bed truck along with a lawn mower and other garage items but a typical car and a mower plus more is going to allow you to lock up your belongings but again, it's Watertown and everyone knows everyone. Laminate wood floors in all areas except the two bedrooms. Yes, the primary bedroom, bathroom and closet do have laminate wood floors too. Again, only the two smaller bedrooms have carpet. Although it's not had final grade or grass planted, you'll be able to enter the front door using the concrete sidewalk. If raining, yes, a covered porch is nice. The backyard is going to have a 10x10 deck once grade work is completed. Good size closets in all rooms and ceiling fans too. Where else are you going to find a home like this built with windows that have been wrapped instead of just drywall turned back? Don't miss this one.
