Lot 1 is five acres off Lake Kathy Road in Tunnel Hill. It's a deep lot that runs way back off the road, with some open ground and a lot of woods. The house site sits a good ways off the road, so you're not looking at cars all day, and you've got trees behind you for a long way. There's no HOA and no restrictions on it. The only thing the county requires is that it stays at five acres, which means nobody's going to come in and cram houses in next to you either. You're a few minutes off I-75, Dalton is close for groceries and the usual stuff, and Chattanooga isn't much of a drive. It's country without being out in the middle of nowhere. The country is calling. Schedule your private showing.
