Will brings a diverse entrepreneurial background to Blackwell, and focuses on the investment related aspects of real estate. Will is a licensed real estate attorney that handles both transactional and litigation encompassing real estate and construction. Will has a unique perspective on all aspects of real estate through his legal practice, which has helped his knowledge of the real estate industry. Further, Will also is part owner of a licensed general contractor business focused on the rehabilitation and renovation of houses in Tennessee. As a realtor, Will makes sure his clients are fully involved and fully informed in the real estate buying and selling process. Through his legal practice, Will has seen the unfortunate reality of what happens when a real estate agent does not live up to his or her standard of care, and vows to always provide top-notch representation to his clients. When he is not working on his real estate related ventures, Will is a touring musician with his own band North Country, and fills in with other bands as needed. Moreover, Will is also the founder and president of Skyline Records, a bluegrass based record label in Nashville, Tennessee.
