Karen and her husband Walker started their construction business; Bloodworth Construction building homes in 1995. Karen’s real estate career began in 2004 in order to sell the homes that they built.  Over the years her business expanded in order to help others to meet their real estate goals.

Karen takes a personal interest in each client and meeting their needs and makes it her goal to advocate and protect her clients.  Simply put, Karen believes in the Golden Rule and her work is guided by her caring ways for others.
