Jon [Wilhelm] helped us sell our house and buy another one under contingency and went above and beyond making everything as possible and was there at any time I needed him. He explained everything in a way that someone who isn’t familiar with buying/selling could easily understand and automatically knew the answers to all my questions. He also took care of more than I thought an agent actually dealt with and made it so much easier on me! Considering I am a mother of 3 and a who is always working it helped more than words could ever explain! Couldn’t thank him enough! And his wife is by far the sweetest thing ever!
